He mainly focuses on selling residential housing and really believes in working for the Vendor. He has also handled new subdivisions and townhouse developments in New Lynn, Titirangi and Henderson.
In difficult times in the early nineties he successfully marketed and sold 27 townhouses in a development called “Titirangi Glen” at the bottom of Titirangi Road, New Lynn. It took 2 years of perseverance to sell them all and he moved into the last townhouse to make sure he did not miss an opportunity. Not long after that he marketed a 19 section subdivision in Willerton Road for the same developer with excellent success.
Currently Murray is marketing new homes and sections in “Titoki Rise” a development in Henderson/Ranui close to St Jerome Vineyard and Lake Panorama.With the shortage of quality new homes in West Auckland, Murray’s listings of superb sections and new homes will be in high demand.
Murray works with his wife Sharon and together they create a formidable team. Both share a love of golf and are actively involved in the local Titirangi Golf Club.
