What we expect from you?
You:
- are expected to pay your rent on time.
- must keep the property in a clean and tidy condition.
- are to report any repairs or maintenance requirements as early as possible.
- must respect the terms and conditions. This includes no pets unless it is part of your rental agreement
- must be honest and upfront at all times
